i have been reading many articles on carb cycling for fat loss but they are all different from each other and it left me confused can somebody clear this up for me
as in the 6 days u go below 100 or what u need for the day, whit higher proteinand fat.
an the 7th day u go low on fat but high on carbs, still keeping the protein as high as usual.
dont know the best macros thou....ill let someone clear that up.
