capping dnp or suspend it in Bacardi 151?

I really would like to try the Bacardi suspension idea first, as I am new to dnp and can get at least a 97% accuracy with the liquid. perhaps 50mgs/ml? You tell me either way? Or use cap m quik 00 capsules.

I would like to run 100mgs for 7 days, 150 mgs for days 8-14.

I second what Donnie says.... Ive done 3 cycles of it.... and if there is one thing I regret... its touching that stuff... you feel miserable 24-7... sweat all the time, cant sleep... took me a while to realize there are safer and smarter ways... just need to be willing to put the effort in... IMO DNP is the lazy mans way out... which I took initially... be smart... use Lipoflame... you'll thank us later

ive done dnp and imo it wont kill u when done correct .. i would never advise it to anyone else because i see how people make dumb mistakes on gear cycles and dnp mistakes can = death .. not loss of sex drive or fat gain or extra bloat like gear .. very dangerous compound indeed

I'll never forget one time... I was umpiring a baseball game while on DNP (think I was running 600 mg at the time)... It was the 3rd game of the night and I was pouring sweat (thank god it rained or else I would have looked quite silly completely drenched).... Usually Gatorade helped easy some of the side-effects, however that day when I drank it, it didnt help at all and i knew i was in for a long day... During the last few innings my sight was getting blurry, I had the worst headaches, trouble breathing and very sick to my stomach... I somehow finished the game and right when I hit my car, I passed out... 20 minutes someone saw me and woke me up and someway managed to drive myself home... I dont know how I woke up the next morning, but when I did, I said enough was enough and stopped taking it.. I was also taking ephedra at the time with the DNP, so the stack was very powerful and as you can tell....very dangerous.... let my mistakes prevent you from making the very same one!

EXACTLY. why would anyone take that kind of risk for anything less than a Big Pro show with 100's of thousands in prizes and endorsements on the line?

You should prob never take D N P with Ephedra......it's hard to monitor what compound is doing what. I've done this shit too and I don't hate it but I don't love it either. I'm somewhere in the middle but number one is to keep yourself hydrated.....
And to the original poster, 100mg ED will not do much for you, initially for 2-3 days maybe but you need to bump it up slowly to 300-400 ED and take it from there.

DNP really does work. Most people hate it and most people who have used it hates it too. I have used DNP (very high quality) crystal capped. Even after using the right amount of crystalline DNP, eating properly, getting enough fruit for antioxidants and the right amount of vitamins and minerals I still felt as if I had the flu. I was a moron and tried it twice. I thought I may have done it wrong the first time and yet the second time I still felt like hell. I had gone for 13 years straight from calling in sick at work, but with DNP I called in sick. I had the terrible triad on the knee at the same time so I took advantage of the DNP and it was worse.

I would never try to suspend it, capping would be the only option IF it was ever attempted, but it never will by me I'd love to see what the guys who are taking DNP look like B4 they take it.
