I just read about some guy know in a federal U.S court for steroids. How are the laws of Canada for steroids? I live in canada but not too sure.

But it would be classified as a summary conviction offence punishable with $2000 fine or 6 months in jail or both - that would be max. sentence if convicted w/o priors.

But what about our importation laws? In the U.S. you can order a three month supply w/o a script from the doc and its ok. What about us from a legal stand point?

Well for weed under 5 grams nothing, between 5 and 30 g seizure but nothing else, over 30 there you get problems.... I cant remember last time someone was convicted for possession of some miserable sust vials lol

Get this in Canada it is legal to posess but it is ilegal to purchase them, or transport them. The prohormones fall under the same laws in Canada as roids they are ilegal here as well.

As I mentionned previoulsy, under 5 g you wont have any problems under any circumstances. At least thats thats guidelines cops have received here in Quebec province, so I assume its the same everywhere.

I moved from Quebec to Ontario, and from what I've seen cops in Ontario are much tougher with marijuana use. I was caught with under a gram of pot when I was a kid in Montreal. They just confiscated it and let me go.

that is not a law, it is just generally what happens, cops dont really give a fuck about some kids gettin high, they just wanna bust the dealers. but possesion is still possesion, wether its 1g or 1 pound. maybe your laws are different in quebec, but my brother got nabbed on possesion for 3g, that is in alberta.

I heard Alberta is really strict, Vancouver is really relaxed, people sell it on the street, yelling " weed" when you walk by.. I could get a ten bag and a movie rental in a 25 minute walk when I lived there, and the buds were Kronic!
Try finding a place to get 1.5inch needles, the exchange wouldn't give me more than two at a time, pricks and I had to argue just to get that... then I had to return every frigging few days to get two more...but in exchange, I never had more than two.. The cops in Canada really don't treat it as a big deal at all, especially considering the biggest juice dealer in my fair city is a cop.
