wow that link has a ton of foods! I heard that diet wasn't good for bodybuilders though (south beach diet)
 
Brown rice, oats, yams, potatoes, green veggies, barley, whole wheat bread, low carb bread, whole wheat tortilla, low carb tortilla, whole wheat pasta.

But note, GI isn't everything. Take milk for example -- fairly low GI, but its still full of garbage carbs.
