Can supplements give you nightmares

ever since I started using supplements I've been getting some weird and Dreams and Nightmares at night
I am taking creatine and I'm taking testosterone boosters. Maybe I'm overdosing or something or maybe it's just a coincidence but have you had this happened to you before

I heard some supplements like testosterone boosters can alter your dreams like wet dreams etc
but nightmares i never heard that maybe melatonin in high doses

different things firing off in your brain can effect dreams. it could be the test boosters but it also can be a change in diet, stress levels, and other factors

bro i get nightmares every night. i dream a lot about large ants and crickets attacking me. wake up in sweat on tanker, everyone think i crazy

I doubt it is from taking those products. Could just be your mind reorganizing or working through some stress.

Usually it doesn't happen....try to change the place where you sleep or keep the lights on...

Some the herbs in testosterone boosters like HCGENERATE could give you some weird dreams. It has been reported before.
