Can someone help me i'm real stuck

To lose fat you need to consume less than 3000kcals a day (preferably -500 to -1000) and continue to weight train to maintain muscle mass. If you'd like, you can consume 500 less and work the other 500 off with cardio, or diet down 250 and work 250 off. It depends on how quickly you want it gone and how well you stick with your routine.
