Can my metabolism be shot to hell?

It seems for the past 2 years my body weight has been pretty steady at 240lbs-245lbs, I have defenaltey body fat to lose, my ideal body weight would be about 220-225. I've done alot of trying with dieting hardcore for 3 12 periods, then being so frstrated and saying fuck it and doing mass gaining after. I'm back on a cutting phase now, eca with desielbolan then im gonna do the shredder stack (katana/beast) been about 3.5 weeks, no body weight lost. But my last cycle was d-bol and sust250 for 12 weeks, defenatley gain mucho muscle mass, was eating about 3000 calories a day, 250g protein and again, steady at 240-245.

This has been a problem since I have go out of high school. At that time I was at both extreme end of the spectrum in about 3 years. I was in wrestling, so I went from 235lbs in late oct of 99 to 170lbs in late dec of 99, anorexia was defenatley the cause. In 01 i got fed up with cutting weight and not eating, so i was maintaing at 225, and once season was over it was a binge fest of fast food, beer and weed and I hit 310lbs in about a year.

Since then I made extreme lifestyle changes, starting dieting and lost about 60lbs 3 years ago, and been working on it since. My question is is my metabolism completley fucked cuz of the dramatic fluctuation it went through? Im planning my next cycle to be mast and test-e, should I work in clen? My eating habits are pretty good, I do have to give in and give myself a cheat day about once a week. I only eat whole grain and whole wheats, lean meats such as turkey, chicken, fish, red meat once maybe 2x a week, lots of veggies and fruits, no soda or juices, only water. And I only drink alcohol about once a month, maybe twice.

Why not just eat right/lift weights/cardio without the use of any steroids and see what happens? sounds like too many variables to me.
