Can I get bye on Chicken and Rice alone?

Now I know theres countless dishes and approaches to eating clean and getting ripped.
Alas tho, I work two jobs and go to school, so time is of the essence....and I'm generally broke all the time as well.

So my question is can I get by "eating clean" on just grilled chicken and streamed white rice?
Breakfast is an MRP with skim milk and some handfuls of bite sized shredded wheat
lunch is a side salad and a chicken breast or chicken and rice if I'm home
dinner is chicken and rice
post workout or work is MuscleMilk Shake then more chicken and rice.
I can't really afford to eat much more than that daily, and its easy and quick to fix.
I'm taking in around 180g of protein and I don';t even know how many cals (its a shitload of rice),
and the only thing remotely fatty is my musclemilk.
Of course I'm training hard (and I'm a package loader at UPS 5 nights a week so cardio is taken care of) Ya think that can get me lean in an efficient manner and not strip a lot of my muscle mass in the process?
 
You can but the greater the profile mix of amino acids, the better your body will make use of it. Chicken has a limited profile so always eating that won't be as beneficial as mixing it up.

Don't forget there is also turkey, lean meat, tuna, fish egg whites and so on.

So rather than eating chicken in one meal or for all meals, eat half chicken, half turkey and so on.

hit me with a pm and i'll send you Tom Venuto's ebook, burn the fat, feed the muscle. It speaks a lot about proper nutritional protocols + time management etc.

Just have some more fruits and vegetables.
Chicken contains all the essential amino acids.
Make sure that you take two pills of centrum silver every day.

i would eat brown rice for the meals other than firs of the day and post workout. for those 2 whate is good. i would also add eggs and ground beef or cheap steak if you cant afford more. pouched tuna is pretty cheap and its an easy quick meal you can eat it right from the pouch. i think your protein intake is to low unless you weigh 100 to 110 lbs. training results are minimal without a proper diet

look into rolls of ground turkey its like 1.70 a lb which is pretty cheap.. and changes it up from chicken... or a can of tuna on ww bread wont break the bank either.. but defin have some veggies with those meals.. its like a buck for a frozen bag 8oz
 
Yeah bro, two f'in jobs and still no cash. Sad ain't it?! I must admit tho, its my own fault. Training is my hobby. but two wheels is my passion. Bike > Food every time.

my cutting diet is mostly chicken and mixed vegi's. for 5 weeks out of the year I live on the stuff.

yeah it works.

It's funny how a diet of just salmon and spinach for example alone can meat all nutritional RDI too. The nutritional density and satiety of many veggies is amazing
