S skinsfan New member Apr 11, 2009 #1 I know I know, the lean bulk topic has been beaten into the ground. I just want to know if I can gain muscle weight on a TKD? I'm not dropping my number of calories per day, I'm actualy consuming more protein, but I'm just not consuming the carbs.

You can always try it out and see if it works for you though. I would eat some starchy carbs with breakfast and then again pre workout though.
