Can fish oil help one reduce the DOMS? I have heard that some supplements can help reduce that, and fish oil does reduce inflammations, so will it help with muslce pain after training too?

Fish oil would definitely be a nice thing to use, but you can also use whey protein for that. BCAA's are also helpful, but they are usually already found in the whey protein, so that is not a problem.

muscle soreness is simply inflammation your body is sending to the muscles in response to you beating the shit out of it. it isn't lactic acid like you hear people parrot on forums

the best way to shorten soreness is conditioning your body/muscles and also SLEEP.

all these bro science tips you hear from people do little to nothing. i've heard and tried it all over the years and NOTHING will beat sleep

Fish oil will certainly help. Also, getting enough protein each day and proper rest will really help. Not only sleeping well but taking an extra day off from the gym when you need it. You really need to listen to your body.
