Can anyone reccomend me a good creatine?

I like S.A.N. Cubed "tricreatine malate" added to a wazy-maize starch taken post-workout for fast uptake. Do some research on creatine absorption and creatine malate ranks pretty high. Seems like this has some solid evidence behind it too.

I like monohydrate. Pure CEE is nice before workouts but for overall gains in strength and size, nothing beats monohydrate IMO. I just buy in bulk so I don't pay for the label.
 
I know the majority of bodybuilders hate MuscleTech (and with good reason), but I really like Cell Tech if you have 30 bucks to spend on creatine. It's great for post workout. 75 g of dextrose, 10 g of creatine, and other insulin boosters. It really gets the creatine into the muscles effectively.
 
I like old-school mono. But after my batch is out, I think I'm gonna try kre-alkalyn. Heard much good stuff about it.

Also, Omega's Raw MCC has lots of fans from what I read.
 
i vote you use ce2 pills lot easier than drinking it but before anyone even says anything yes i know they dont work as well and yes i know there alot higher and yes i know whatever else anyone has to say lol

Yea I'm definitely a fan of MCC. I haven't tried many other creatine products, but I can definitely attest to seeing solid results directly from RawMCC.
 
Honestly creatine monohydrate and grape juice or gatoraid are effective and cheap. Worried about absorption? Add more mono - you'll piss some of it out but so what- it's piss. The scale should tell you it's working. I hear people say sometimes that monoydrate makes them bloated but this mix or that mix doesn't. Other than a possible GI responce this makes no sense. Creatine doesn't cause you hold water subqutaneously - only in the muscles...

Just my opinion...

For a few pennies more you can get BIG BLAST and have something serious instead of just creatine. One serving has more creatine than you can absorb anyway.

I love me some big blast as much as anyone but by my calculations a serving only has 1.5 grams of creatine.

Good stuff though and protein factory does have the best selection anywhere...
