Its almost like a leg curl except your legs are straight. Your moving the weight with all your lower body parallel to the floor . You start with your legs dangling the you hoist the weight up so your body is straight with th efloor, at the end of the lift.
Ok thanx for helpin out, but i stil don't completely understand sooo far i know it's a leg workout. Am i standing up or sitting down??? Is it like a sitting down let ext just really fast, is that why they call it hypers????
Its not a leg work out. Its a hip and ass , and lower back workout. It is a machine you buy no gym just has it. In fl we made one and it works great. But i will not go into that.
Reverse hyper is what i explained. And a hyper is when you lean forward on a hyper machine and just bend down with your legs locked behind the pad and using your lower back for the lift.
