My wife drags me there with my daughter to the Yogi Bear Jellystone Park...they have a Halloween theme every year at this time. Actually it's a nice campground.

The Jackson's were in Gary...what sre you doing in the hood?

i lived in indiana for a year and a half, quite possibly the longest year and a half of my life. it seemed like it took forever to get warm, and stayed warm about a month. i'm definitely a warm weather person. where in indiana are you camping?

Fremont, IN...I think Barton Lake or something like that.

mmm, i'm not familiar with that area....must be in northern indiana. we lived outside of Bloomington, but we went all over the state exploring every weekend, but never went further north than Indianapolis. It is a beautiful state actually. Brown County is really beautiful, especially this time of year. French Lick is nice too.

French Lick...Mmmmmm...

It is in Northern Indiana...near the Ill./Mich Border. I'm looking forward to spending some time with my daughter.

French Lick is really neat. (although i doubt that is what you meant in your reply) They are really well known for their natural mineral springs, and they have this huge dome that was built i think in the early 1900's. It was once the worlds largest unsupported dome. It was recently renovated because it was in ruins when we lived there in 95. We actually signed an insurance waiver so we could explore it while it was in ruins. I have seen pictures since it was renovated and it is beautiful. Here's a link to a site about it, it really is incredible to see if you are ever in the area.
