Came of the juice, how much igf should I take to maintain gains

It’s a better PCT drug than hCG IMO, granted hCG was ran during cycle.

This is all fine and dandy, but like I said, if you're past your genetic limit after a cycle, igf will not help you keep your gains. I'm not using science, I'm using experience. I'm sure most will agree.
 
15mcg 4x a day mon,wed,fri. is the best way to run igf-1. it keeps the receptors fresh. more is not better with igf. Be sure to pin the body parts you trained immediately post workout.

You should keep most of your gains from your previous cycle. and your next cycle should be amazing due to the igf-1.

What do you consider keeping your gains to be? Staying close to the same weight? I guarontee that if you have reached your limit, all you're doing by keeping your weight after a cycle is gaining fat and losing muscle. IGF WILL NOT PREVENT THIS! I'm a trainer and I've worked with tons of juicers and my own body. Those who think they are keeping their gains after a cycle get a good kick in the ass when I do their BF after a couple months and it's went from 10% to 15%. I like to stay lean, so I always end up losing weight. The only way you'll keep your gains is if you're a newbe who hadn't reached their potential. IGF won't make much of a difference in that case either cause you would of kept a lot of gains with or without it.
 
One of the great effects of Igf-1 is the fat loss. Great pumps even "off" gear. Yes, you can keep ALOT of gains post cycle. of course there is some loss. TRY IT. I have, its good stuff man.

I am really think running your cycles of gear followed by 6 weeks of igf is the best way to keep gaining at the same time having steroid "off" time. The gear cycle after an Igf run is awesome!

Try it? I have tried it! Read my post, I'm speaking from experience. How often do you check your bf? You're fooling yourself bro. Either that or you're still a newbe to gear.
 
If you dont agree or your personal results are different than my personal results thats fine. What kind of Igf did you use? did you use it post cycle? what were your results. point me in the direction of your thread.

Ive run media grade for 6 weeks. and am now 2 weeks into my receptor grade run. I can't immediately tell a difference between the 2. but a lot of the benefits from an Igf run are not always noticable until you next gear run. However i was at 256 after my cycle at 12%. I ran 6 weeks of media grade and actually put on 6 pounds with no additional fat. actually leaned out a bit. didnt measure. but no additional fat.

the question is what where ya on

if u where on dbol, abomb, prop, and those kind of drugs nothing on this plaent will help you keep much of it once you stop

if you where on test cyp deca var gh style cycle then simply training and eating will let you keep most of it
