Whats your take on extended use of Supp.s i.e. T-rex, ECA, Leverex, Clen. How long should a person stay on these and how long of a break should I take to clear out my system, say after the competiotion season? Are there any rebounds effects or long term fatique that sets in after coming off these supp.s?

I think it jsut amkes sense to let the body operate normally for a period of time. If you are always ON something, you never let it normalize and just operate.

I know if you cycle thermo's, it can help, but I don't think anything is a substitute for periodically taking time off ALL supplements.

Yes you'll feel drained for a few days once you stop taking them, but then your body will adjust.

I was taking redline before my competition, then stopped for a week, I was going to take a longer break from the fat burners but a few things have changed, and I started taking cardio breeze at the begin of the week (my lifesaver) ;)

IMO, generally once a person has reached his/her goal it might be best to go off the stims. Again, it will depend on the person and what you are looking to get from the pills you are taking...if you want a little boost before a cardio/training session, you can always ween down the stims to one Pill only (i.e. T-Rex or Cardio Breeze) before the session.

In regards to the Levorex, it's basically non-stim based and such an awesome health supplement ALONE you don't really have to cycle 'off' of it...

No experience with ECA specifically or clen..but wanted to add my $.02
:supercool

Thanx Bunny, I luv Leverex, I'm still get used to T-rex, I'm a lite weight w/supp.s . I try not to take too many as I don't want to load my system too much and I'm hypothyroid already. I feel I might wack it out more if I take more than recommended.

It depends on what they are nycgirl. Clen lasts a couple days. Thermorexin/Cardio Breeze only about 24 hours. But after 8-10 hours the blood levels are very low.
Since my name is on this thread I would love to have been here to answer you Mrs J. It was nice talking to you on the phone the other day. But Bunny posted everything I would have said.
People say that you should take a break from stims every once in a while. That may or may not be true. Many people who argue that you shouldn't use stims every day hit up Starbucks every morning on the way to work and think nothing of it. The dangerous stims are the ones that readily cross the blood brain barrier like ephedra and have a significant impact on your CNS. So I guess there are different answers to that for different stim products.

I would argue that the people who pound Starbucks on a regular basis are also putting stuff into their systems, that if they took the time to get off, would probably notice they feel a lot better.... If stim'd up on coffee is your 'norm', you may think it isn't affecting you. But if you pull it out, you might discover that your 'norm' ain't so great and "clean" is better.

Maybe they would feel different, that "clean is better". I drink a pot of Starbucks every morning and take two Thermorexin. When I drop both as I have had to do on the road I don't feel any crash. They do feel stronger when I do go back to them of course. The only time I have personally felt a crash is coming off of ephedra products. And many people have posted that the lack of a crash is one of the things they like about Trex.
