Calling all Cheaters!!!!...Advice please...

Okay, So I have been trying to diet pretty strictly, and I do take at least 1 cheat meal a week... but sometimes I feel guilty especially when I see the nutritional content of the food I'm cheating with....

My questions to you are... when ur cutting... What do you eat for your cheat meal/s? How bad are ur cheat meals(protein/carbs/fats)? how often do u have them? and do you ever feel guilty after, or feel like you have wasted a week of dieting on one meal?
 
i have one every 4 or 5 days. i still stick to my planned diet so i get my protein but i will add perhaps pasta if i am craving carbs, ice cream for sweets, chips for salt, etc.

one infrequent cheat meal will not wreck your diet.
 
Work out the meals on your cheat day so that you eat a lot less before your cheat meal and keep the calories not far off what you would normally eat.

Also eat your cheat meal as the last in the day so you are not tempted to cheat again.

Great advice... wish I woulda thought of this or got this advice before lunch yesterday, then again later in the afternoon... and again at dinner... :-/

I'm not sure what possessed me, but I fear I went on a bulimicesque binge this weekend. Not actual bulimia (i.e., no forced vomiting), but just consuming food for no reason until I'm sick.

Ate lunch that was not great (tandoori chicken), and then for some insane reason it went through my head, just eat whatever you want. 12 slices of bread + 300 grams of nutella later, then more and more shit. It's hard to say how much damage has been done

I'm hoping the dump the next day excreted most of these cals, but I have an annoying habit of doing this once every 4-6 weeks, and it's psychological because it's not as if I was hungry.

I'll go out to a bar one night a week and will usually stick to Bacardi & Diets but if I do a few light beers at the bar I just look at that as my cheat meal for the week.
 
Last year i was doing no carbs for 6 days then on sunday i would have 1 cheat meal. The first week i did it i went to China Buffet. I ate so fucking much but felt great. Then i had an ice cream cone and that was it. I was squerming in my seat. i had to walk to the bathroom bent over and threw up in a garbage can while shitting. it was glorious.
 
ohhhh this is about your diet...my bad I thought it was about something else. LOL



I have found that if I am eating right...the minute I try to eat like a brownie or something I get sick and nauseas. Guess because I had got my levels right and cleaned out the bad stuff.
