Call Out To anyone whose Ordered From N2BM

I placed an order on 4/30/2014. Got email verification's on both items both obviously say there in stock and good to go. I receieve my first order of HcGenerate, today but not my N2guard. So I decided to check my N2BM accoiunt and I notice that my N2Guard says pending? What's up with that? There chat does not go through either, no one ever jumps on it been sitting on it for a long a** time now. Kinda Pissed cause I was planning to start my stack this week.
