I used to take 200mg an hour before and I really liked it...just watch out cause your body will get used to it and you'll have to use more..........MUDVAYNE
I usually drink two to three cups , black with a little bit of sugar. Gets me up and going!! I work @ 5 a.m. and I workout @ night do to family. So in the early evening my body wants to start it's wind down but after some coffee it's ready to hit the iron!! Get Some!!
