caffeine content of supplements

Trying to stay away from ceffeine and was wondering if supplements containing cocoa have it even though it's not listed on the ingredients. Specifically, I am taking MetRx chocalate shake and ProMax chocalate protein bar.

Some do, some dont, the only way you know for sure is to have them tested. A lot of Companies put stuff in that's not listed.

Most dont and if it does its listed...most of the chocalate in the bars and drinks arent real chocalate.

it is good at a moderate use
