Hello all. I was on these boards years ago looking for a solution to puffy nips. I tried aromasin and cabaser long term and it helped little to none.
Once again I'm searching and finding new methods here. Nolva, toremifene, and prami seem promising but reports are conflicting. I've sifted through about 250 posts so far.
I'm 33. When I was 13 i got hard painful lumps with lactation. The lumps subsided but I've always had puffy nips and somewhat saggy chest fat even with below 10% bf. I can also feel what may be a soft mass that's "rough" and different than surrounding adipose tissue, which feels smoother. There's nothing hard.
My issue is mostly the puffy nips and disproportionate amount of fat tissue. I tried messaging needto as it seems he's the go to guy, but any support or advice is welcome.
