It is time to add a little equip to the home gym so ladies
who here uses one of them things and on a scale of 1-10 how much does it do for them glutes. I some knee probs that I am seeing an ortho about but in the meantime squats and lunges are kept at a minimum. Is this thing worth $800????????

Aaaanyway, far as I know that sort of exercise IS efficient. But I can't fathom spending that much money on ONE piece of equipment to do ONE type of move.

Why don't you just put a cuff around your ankle attached to a cable & do glute lifts that way - standing?

Besides, squats hit the butt nicely, & being 'firm' comes from low bf --> comes from diet.

Sheesh Temple $800 bucks for a bit of self-improvement? I was bitching about the $12 bucks that I spent on a candle for my ex the other day - LOL!.... little did I realize that what I would gain would FAR EXCEED my initial investment!

We do use the buttblaster at the end of our workouts on hammies day (We are currently hitting our legs twice per cycle). Yea... my ass STILL hurts today (hammies was Tue) - LOL!

See girls - my gym has turned into kind of a penis thing for me - wait only guys have those issues - right????? I am struggling with the cash part of it.
The cable thing - well now that is just sheer comedy when I do it goes something like, bend over to tie strap around leg - lose balance
Can't get the damn velcro hooked - lose balance
Step back from machine - trip backwards as there is resistance at the other end of that damn thing
get myself in position - too tired from falling to do the exerciese.

A little butt blaster update -I AM GETTING ONE and it isn't costing me $800. I thought for a moment and it occured to me that my husbands best friends is a master welder/fabricator and his other good friend is a leather upholsterer. The now have pics and specs and it is going to cost me $70 and some beer.
