Haven't really gotten the diet down yet but right now this is how it goes.

Breakfast Bowl of cereal, low fat yogurt and Protein shake.

Lunch Protein a little carbs and veggies.
3pm Turkey roast beef sandwich
after workout Protein shake

I could use some help with my diet so if any one has any suggestions I would appreciate them.

How many cals do you think you are geting in ? I would add some simple carbs post workout to replenish the gylcogen levels post workout. 30-60 simple carbs post workout is optimal and have your protein shake right after. if your goals are to cut then consume all of your carbs right in the morn when you get up and within an hour after your workout. Do cardio in the AM and workout in the PM if you have the time. I would drop the yogurt and cereal and add in some plain oatmeal as depending on what kind of yogurt you eat it could be loaded with carbs ( a lot from sugar) When cuting I try to avoid sugar in my diet unless it is right after a workout. Try to eat small meals every 2-3 hours through out the day. Add some Tuna, Fish, Chicken, egg whites, red meat in there as from what I can see you are not geting nearly enough protein. Avoid Milk if you are cutting as well. Cottage cheese is great for cuting as it is low carbs and high in protein.

I usally do all push exercises then pull the next day.....Mon...legs/abs thats ok Tues Chest,Sholders,Tris .Wed Curls/seated rows/lat pulldowns.....Thurs Leg curls/abs/calves..... This works really good for me and allows the push & Pull muscles adequate time to rest....I split up the leg routine...bec. after blasting out killer squats i really can't do much else!!! Good luck in your cycle.... RADAR

Good Job, If i were you i would maybe throw one more day of training in there at the end of the week or do some running or something, just so you don't blow your diet at the end of the week and keep you motivated...also why don't you train triceps?
