yeah i have been trying to stick with the meat and salad or meat and fruit. this morning i woke up early went to the little "track" they got on base and walked for about 45 minutes at a good pace. when i do cardio i try to keep my heart rate about 130bpm i dont think i can hit 190bpm no way. im getting ready to go to breakfast now so ill see what i come up with there. i never eat muffins or pancakes or anyting like that in the morning anyway so i should be ok there. i want to thank everyone for your help. this is a damn good site. thanks to everyone
