If you're 36% bodyfat, you need to work on your diet before getting on anything. You can refer to the diet forum for any questions regarding same.

No supplement will make up for a crappy diet.

Post your daily diet broken down meal by meal in the diet forum for help.

do early morning cardio on an empty stomach 3x per wk. do post w/o cardio 2x per wk. clean all the junk out of your diet and cut all carbs from dinner on. keep moderate to low carbs through the rest of the day. if you get hungry between meals for a snack eat some anpb or a handful of olmonds or similar.

yeah i have been watching what i been eating and i do cardio everyday. i just dont do it early in the morning on an empty stomach. ill start with that in the morning. i usually eat 3 eggs in the morning and some bacon. and then during lunch and dinner i watch my carbs but i do eat chicken and rice for lunch. if they have it. im on a military base in afghanistan so i dont realy get to pick what i eat. sometimes its a pork chop or a steak or turkey it all depends on what they have for us that day. thank you for your help and yeah i know suppliments wont do anythning with a crappy diet thats why i have been tryign to work hard to loose this. i was over 300pounds not too long ago

ok thanks for the advice i put my daily diet broke down for each meal. thank you again everyone. this is a great site im glad i found it

Try to watch where you hr levels are when you do cardiovascular excercise 65-85 of your heart rate max is where you want to stay your max using a simple equation is 220-age so your max is 190 and use that to determine you heart rate range. Then you wanna make sure the amount of time your going is a minimum half and hour. Strict diet is going to give you best results. Also you can try interval training to help change it up.

A 190bpm max HR at 30 years old? Yeah, I don't think so.

I could never get past 175 when I was a teenager when I pushed my absolute max.

Thats not set in stone but when your trying to get a base line for excercise thats one equation you can use or you can do a timed run walk test but it takes more math.

At 36% bf is technically easy to lower it. The bigger barrier is YOUR psychological barrier. People who join boot camp sometimes have higher bf than normal, yet, after two weeks they have lost 20+ pounds. So, IT IS possible. The problem is just you. Don't go by "Oh my God! you can't starve yourself!" "That's unhealthy!" "That's is not normal". Bullshit. Your body has enough fat to feed itself without food. Eat almost nothing; just a lot of water and basic nutrients rich in vitamins and minerals.

Hey man being deployed is the best time to get in shape...been there twice!

But...in all the chow halls and DFAC's I've been in...there is always meat and salad. Make a salad with oil and vinegar for dressing. Grab the meat and cut it up in there. It will get old for every meal...but all that shit gets old anyway doesn't it?

Now the big killer over there is breakfast. Hitting up the grill and having the Haji make you an omelet loaded with cheese, ham and bacon is gonna kill your waistline. If you ask him, he will make you an egg white only omelet. Add peppers and tomatoes...pretty tasty. No bread, no pancakes, no muffins.

You can do it man...if you can't to it there you cant do it anywhere.
