I was wondering how effective would this training be for straight muscle gains ,also is this ok for a 21 year old who started training a few months ago to follow? how many of you have followed this routine what's your opinions on this? thank you.
I am more of a fan of a total newb to weight training to focus on the compound lifts first. look at a 5X5 system that is in the sticky above.
this bulldozer 3 day split routine is something i have been doing myself and it works for me because it keeps things fun and changing every workout. i wrote a sticky about it above so it isn't anything new so not sure why steve Shaw acts like he invented it lol.. i wrote that sticky 6 years ago and i don't claim to have invented it
