bulking workout while on juice

What do you guys do train each bodypart once or two in the week, what's best
 
my work out is one to two body parts per day ex mon bic,shoulders-tues triceps, calf-wens chest-thurs,legs fri back sat off sun start over
 
when bulking I train each body part once a week. I use very slow concentrated movements while performing the lifts.

Jack, if you do tri's on tues. and then chest on wens., aren't you comprimizing your chest workout? I know my tri's would be shot to hell if I tried doing that.
 
I think once a week is the best

mon-chest
tue - back
wed- legs
thurs-shoulders
fri-arms
sat and sun- rest

This works great for me
