I finished my bulking cycle a few days ago, and now i have to get absolutely shredded. I am doing a CKD diet as of now, and wanted to know if i could effectively continue my bulking workout (low reps, high weight, and i add weight in between sets, and do less reps ie. 8/6/5)? My muscles are much more responsive to high weight low reps, then the oppisite. Would that be bad to do that if i am just looking to maintain my mass, but get shredded? Or is it just a myth that high reps low weight is the only way to lift to get cut? Thanks.
