Yeah... it's missing fat. Good, healthy, necessary fat. Take from your carbs and add to your fat, dont be afraid to take in anywhere from 85-100g a day (and no im not a math major so dont quote me on that), the majority of which should be unsaturated. Good sources: fish oil caps, flaxseed oil, all natural peanut butter, milk, extra virgin olive oil, unsalted nuts: almonds, cashews, etc. Even the cleanest bulk should be about 20% fat cals, and I'd suggest u consider going 40% protein/30% carbs/30% fat which has worked for many.

Plus, keep in mind the more u gain, the more u'll need to eat to keep gaining at that rate.

100% agreed. fats are very necessary..you can lower your carbs and protein a bit and add some fats.

hell, i dont know how you could even eat 2 cups of brown rice/oats..my stomach would literally explode..

at least up the fats to 70g..although I go higher during bulking.
