I need help with bulking im 154 pounds i would like to get up there... I dont know where to start, im cureently drinking protein, my situation is I dont got the appetite or stomach to eat as much as 6 or more meals a day... I s there a way i can do this without all that food? you'll need food, 6meals is not the god almighty, but it's a way to get the food in 6 meals is easiest b/c of the long spread - so yes you'll need all that food to gain

foods you can look for:
carbs: oatmeal, beans, brown rice, yams, sweet poatotes, green veggies, wheat pasta, for PW: dextrose/honey
protein: eggs, lean meat: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, protein powders
fats: walnuts, almonds, olive oil, flaxseed oil, MCT oil, pumpkinseed oil, all natural peanut butter
