I s there a way i can do this without all that food? you'll need food, 6meals is not the god almighty, but it's a way to get the food in 6 meals is easiest b/c of the long spread - so yes you'll need all that food to gain
what should i look for calories? protein? fat? carbs?
look at first for weight x 18 (you can go up later)
2772 cal per day
50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat

340 g protein per day
207 g carbs
62 g fat

if you do 6 meals, per meal: 57g protein/34g carbs/10g fat

foods you can look for:

carbs: oatmeal, beans, brown rice, yams, sweet poatotes, green veggies, wheat pasta, for PW: dextrose/honey

protein: eggs, lean meat: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, protein powders

fats: walnuts, almonds, olive oil, flaxseed oil, MCT oil, pumpkinseed oil, all natural peanut butter

Mr. X- Is there not a point where more than 30-40 grmas of protein per serving becomes redundant? I have heard that the body simply cannot process more that in a 3 hour period without the help of protein absorption enhancers such as ginger root? Also with this "bulking diet" what would the ratio of fats be consisted of? Thanks

the only way you're going to accustom your body to eat 6-7 meals a day is to train it to. start off by eating very small portions every 2-3 hours, small enough so it'll fill you up for the time being, and in 2-3 hours you'll be hungry again. after a week or two, you'll notice you'll need more food at each sitting in order to keep hunger cravings at bay.

I have not seen one study to suppor that claim; protein is digested w/o any aids all the time
Also with this "bulking diet" what would the ratio of fats be consisted of? I clearly stated the fat grams in the diet

Sorry for the confusion, I meant the fat ratio of the different types of fats ie. using flax seed and ANPB, 10:1?

well tried as much as i can and within 4 days i went from 154 to 165 pounds...

Fat, water, or you have a very much obscured scale. 11 lbs within that time is possible, but it is unlikely that you have obtained more than .5 lbs of muscle in that time. Eat cleaner or readjust your scale.

I think those are some good Bulking results; 4 days, 11lbs. - water or not it's still impressive.
