Bulking up lean

Age 31 175 cm 72 kg bf 18 to 20 and 8 years in bodybuilding and had some oral cycles dbol and oxy and android and androlic in different time and 2 injucted cycles deca and sus and other ones eq and test and hard gainer body type never eat 6 meals a day not good with diet never ate more than 2.500 kcal day been on supplements used to be 10 bf and lean and hard

It's good to hear that you got down to that BF%, that tells me that you now how to do it, you just have to incorporate that protocol. But if you're 158 pounds and 20% of that is bodyfat then AAS isn't going to do a thing for you.
 
Now I was skinny the first years I was lifting now I gained more body fat and abit of muscles but I. Want to bulk up on lean like to go up to 90 muscles lean with 10 bf but it's seems hard for my type body also I don't really diet that much
 
Aas without a solid diet is pointless and dangerous to your health. Maybe you should contact a nutritionist and get a meal plan going. Then after you do a natural recomp of your body, think about a cycle. You can pump all the gear you want, but without food you still won't grow.

I can't stress this enough, you need to get your BF% down before you get on cycle. If you're 18% now, you can get to 13% naturally fairly quickly. You will be so much happier with your results I promise you. If you're 20%, you'll end cycle 18% and you wont hardly notice. If you start at 13% dropping to 11% with 10 lbs added LBM you will look like a different person. That's a huge generalization but you get what I'm saying. Recomping is a waste at high BF%.
