im currently following a bulking program that i've found on the net, the workouts are very intensive (for me) that leaves me sort for at least a couple of days, so i think it works~
i have skinny upper body and blocky legs that gives me a unproportional image, im a male, and i'd like to know if i should follow the bulking program exactly on leg days , if i should change, what is there to change?
An example of a routine that consists of triceps and leg workout is: (im only going to list the leg workout)
Squat - 3 sets, 6-8 reps to failure
Leg curl - 3 sets, 10, 10, Failure
Leg extension - 2 sets, 10 reps to failure
Standing calf raise - 3 sets, 8, 8, Burn
should i increase the reps and sets and drop the weight down and not to lift till failure?? please give me some advice...i need advice! details would be greatly appreciated~
