But you are talking about POST workout.... in the TOTAL day's diet, isn't Protein usually still higher regardless of bulking and cutting?
Again, I am not sure if there is ONE set answer for every person. I think you need to try different amounts, different ratios, different combinations to find what is working for you.
Diet is not a SET number, it is not as simple as that. Every single person in the world is different. This is why, both bulking and cutting, is a trial and error process. WHen you ask for a specific ratio, or specific total calories, or single food to eat - you will get 200 different answers. The goal is to try anything, and everything, to find what works and doesn't work for you.
