bulking quest

for bulking what is better eat more protein than carbs or more carbs than protein what MR is OK tell me! I wanted be sure.

You always want more Protein than Carbs. Both are VERY important in muscle building though.

Ratios are individual. You have to try to find YOUR ratio. Will probably take a few months and a few different combinations to find the exact ratio that will work for you.

But you are talking about POST workout.... in the TOTAL day's diet, isn't Protein usually still higher regardless of bulking and cutting?

Again, I am not sure if there is ONE set answer for every person. I think you need to try different amounts, different ratios, different combinations to find what is working for you.

Diet is not a SET number, it is not as simple as that. Every single person in the world is different. This is why, both bulking and cutting, is a trial and error process. WHen you ask for a specific ratio, or specific total calories, or single food to eat - you will get 200 different answers. The goal is to try anything, and everything, to find what works and doesn't work for you.

I don't know what I was thinking when I made my earlier post. Most people usually consume more carbs that protein when bulking. 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight is obviously pretty general knowledge. Manipulation of carbs and fats is the hard part in my opinion. For more specific help you need to post your stats keliska.
