Bulking.....How clean do you eat?

Jeremys, just curious why ya' think so...

And if I do really need it, I'll just munch on that granola. 1/2 cup is 36 carbs. And it's really good too. Just, gotta chew it up alow. Ech, I get tired of it after awhile.

In fact, all that tuna I have on there, is without any condiments. Just drained and then eaten from the can. I'm getting really sick of tuna now... bleh. Maybe I should put ketchup on that too. It seems to work on everything.

Or hot sauce! Haha! ;)

It is easy to get burned out on tuna;) . It happened to me about 3 years ago!! It got so bad that I nearly barfed everytime I put it in my mout. However, I ate other fish such as orange ruffy and salmon.

If tuna was the last food on earth. . . . . I would starve to death.

Heh, well flax is also rancid, so I think I can force down tuna. Plus, I eat it with other stuff, so I'm gonna try tuna mixed in with some granola. It'll add texture. The tuna with the PB&J is fine, because it's the first tuna of the day and the Natty PB is amazing to shove it down with. The tuna ate with chicken is the worst. It's alot of volume first off, so eating that 5 oz. of chicken is bad enough. The asparagus is the best part, haha!

I don't know what else I could add in terms of carbs to this diet.

I'm 165 or so still, because I just officially started properly bulking yesterday, in whatever way "proper" may apply. So, I can still gain off this though, right? I mean, I started these once a week splits like three months ago, and only got serious about a month, so my gains are probably still gonna be somewhere near beginner.

Not to mention, my BW x 15 is 2400, and I'm consuming 2900 calories or so. Plus, 320 grams of protein or something. If I were to make it a 3:1 ratio, hell even 2:1, I'd have like 3600 calories or something. Think about all those extra calories from carbs. I'm having a hard enough time stomaching this stuff, so it's either add some more carbs and minus some proteins...

Or just keep it as it is.

Gonna have fun with this one...have to do squats first:)

Hmmm...you're bulking at 2900 calories?

Let's see what I eat on average...

Breakfast: Bowl of bran buds for fiber with 2% milk, 55 g protein powder mixed in 2 cups of milk, and 3 tablespoons olive oil

Meal 2: Double whopper with cheese, and a pint of Ben & Jerrys

workout

Post-workout, ~100 g protein 150 g dextrose

Meal 4: applebees all you can eat boneless buffalo wings, 5 plates worth or so, mmm...

Meal 5: Protein drink in milk with 3 tblspoons olive oil

Meal 6: 14 oz Ribeye steak, potatoes, loaf of wheat bread about the size of a softball.

Before bed: Protein drink in water

The calories? Your guess is as good as mine, the protein probably gets up to 3x my BW. I don't gain that much fat because I generally keep carbs low after 6-7 PM or so...not always though for example this day...

I'll gain some fat but considerably more muscle.

how many of you will eat just about anything when bulking? such as pork chops, tortillas, taco bell, cereals, ramen soup, pretty much anything, empty calories. not so much as donuts and candy, but junk you eat at restaurants with all the white sauces and bread rolls, beans etc, without having a second thought about it.

I would qualify!!;) Anything but candies, cakes, donuts, and etc.

i actually get sick if i have much sugar, so i'm kinda forced to eat not so crappy

As far as I am concerned, dieting should be left if you are getting ready for a contest. Right now, my goal is to develop size and strength and the only way to do this is by eating a ton of food and training like a freak in the gym. This is what I do!
