I also re-started the 5x5, great results the first-time, expecting great results this time. As for bulking, i weigh 180, consume 3400 cals a day in a C/F/P ratio of 40/20/40.
With the 3400 cals, I got that number by shooting 500 cals over my TDEE. You can find TDEE calculators everywhere here.
as far as what i eat, basically the same stuff as when i cut, just more. lots of oats, pasta, WW bread, anpb, flax oil, chicken breast, lean red meats, fish.
how much weight did you gain the first time through doing the 5x5 method?. also what is it that flax seed oil does? I noticed a lot of people use that.
