Bulking diet - Need help on macronutrients ratio

Ok I am about to start a cycle in which my first 6 weeks will be BULK , but it will be a CLEAN BULK , I want to pack on the mass while minimizing or even eliminating fat gain .

My plan to do this is : I will be using HGH , sust , d-bol and equipoise . Taking aromasin of course . I think the HGH will help me stay lean . Also , I am not going crazy on the calories . My BMR is 2.600 cals . I calculate that I spend around 700 cals on the gym ED training with my intensity . So , I would need 3.300 cals or more to grow . I am gonna eat 3.700 cals . That is 400 POSITIVE CALS .

So my diet will be 3.700 cals .

How should I break the macronutrients down to minimize fat gain ?

How do YOU break your macronutrient down when bulking ?

40 / 25 / 35 ?

40 / 30 / 30 ?

40 /40 / 20 ?

Not many bros on this board seem to juice. You may be able to get better opinions from the AAS board. Good luck!!

i keep mine at about 45/35/20 (carbs/prot/fat)

i take in about:
400g carbs (1600 cals)
300g protein (1200 cals)
90g fat (810)

I'm seeing the gains, some fat gain, although I am drinking a LOT of milk (milk = sugar = fat).

I've packed on about 15 lbs. in the past month, and my lifts have gone up considerably.

However, if you're taking AAS, you might need to bump the cals up a bit. Best bet is to check with the guys in the AAS forum.
