Currently 160lbs at 10% bf. 5'8 21 yrs old. I have been on a cutting diet since may, only eating oatmeal in the morning no carbs rest of the day. Meals consisted of egg whites, chicken breast, and tilapia fillets and green beans. Dropped roughly 15-20lbs strength went up lbm went up. Looking to start bulking but do it clean. So what do you guys think of this? Any advice appreciated.

Meal 1: oatmeal with peanut butter and egg whites

Meal 2: oat meal with protein shake

Meal 3: white rice chicken and green beans

Meal 4(pre workout): white rice and chicken

Meal 5(post workout): white rice chicken green beans and protein shake

Meal 6: fish and green beans

Before bed: protein shake

Also will throw in lean red meat twice a week, like on Wednesday and Saturday.

This is based on my 4500 cal requirement. This is just one day, I have a list of foods that I sub in for macro equivalency to change it up a bit cause this gets old after a while.

Breakfast:
6 egg whites
1 orange
6 oz non fat cottage cheese
1 lg bowl oat bran
1/2 cup blueberries
2 cup skim milk
Omega 3/flax seed

Snack:
1 hard boiled egg
1 plain baked potato
2 cup water

Lunch:
1 chicken breast
1/2 pound whole wheat pasta
1 plain baked potato
1 piece fresh fruit (banana today)
2 cup skim milk

Pre work out 45-60 min:
1 hard boiled egg
1 plain baked potato
Liquid carb source (juice)

Dinner:
1 lg bowl salad
1/2 lb steak or ground beef lean
1 lg serving steamed veggies (broccoli)
2 cup water

Snack:
6 egg whites
1 oz rolled turkey breast
2 cup water

I would add in 2 food meals, and atleast one of them being beef. Beef is an awesome bulking food.

It's gonna be a challenge haha, just eating what I am now I have to force myself to get it down. I know my appetite increases significantly when I walk for about ten minutes on a steep incline after a workout, I haven't been doing it everyday though just about two or three times a week because I don't want to burn to many of my cals off. Do you guys think it would hurt to start doing it six days a week again so maybe it'll be easier to get the food down?
