BULKERS, how much do you weigh and how many calories do you eat??

The reason I ask is, I've been eating around 3500-4000 calories and I'm not gaining any weight. I went straight from a CKD to bulking (stupid, I know) and gained about 18 pounds real quick, all water weight and fat. But as soon as I hit 210, I just stopped going up. I keep fluctuating up and down between 208-212.

If you are stuck at a certain bodyweight, then yea ... you need to eat more. :)

342, 5k-6k.

Iron Lion, you're nuts. 8-9k is impressive. I did 7k in March and wanted to die, lol. I did put on 15 lbs though.

I won't eat that much for weeks on end, I tend to do it for a couple weeks then back down to 6 or so. I have a bmr on an average day of around 5000 calories so if I train that day and run I lose weight at less than 8,000 cals. I will eat 5-6 real meals a day each with 1000 plus calories, then I have a couple of weight gainers thrown in there. It comes out to about 12-15 hundred calories every 3 hours. Depending on your metabolism and LBM one could need more or less. It takes a lot of food to be big and not too fat, I can't imagine what guys like gary frank eat.

I weigh about 160. If I were bulking I'd eat 4000/day. I actually gained no weight on 3500, must be my uber-metabolism.
