Building the Sides of Arms

I've gained some gains on the top of my arm and the bottom of my arm through mainly Barbell/Dumbell Curls for the Bi's and Standing/Lying Tricep Extensions for the Tris, but the sides of my arm are completly flat. Is there any exercise I can do to work on those.

Also, what are some good forearm, wrist area exercise? (weight Bearing or not)

Thanks.

i think you're talking about the brachii..mine go like crazy just from handling heavy weights all the time. maybe hammer or reverse curls..

Just make your arms bigger. As the biceps and triceps grow, they will swell out more to each side and give you that thick look.

exactly, when your muscles get bigger they expand upwards and sideways, they will just fill out with time
