I hit every part on my chest days. Flat, Incline, and Decline Bench then dips ine day.........a couple days later Flat, Incline, and Decline Dumbell Presses with the Smith Fly Machine, then a couple days after that..........Flat, Incline, and Decline Dumbell Flys with Cable Crossovers to finish. I use heavy weight for the first two Chest days then concentrated high reps for the Fly days. This works for me! Everyone is different though. Good Luck
