I have been working out for years. Recently I started hitting it hard. However, I hit a mass plateau. What's a good weight training routine? How many days a week should I workout?
 
if you hit a mass plateau all it means is you're not eating enough bro. what's your current w/o routine and diet look like?
 
Monday-
Chest and shoulders(12 working sets for both body parts

Tuesday-
Legs and back(12 working sets

Wednesday-
Arms(12 working sets)

Thursday-
Off

Friday-
Chest and shoulders(12 working sets)

I usually eat 6 times a day. But here lately I have been eating a lot of bad food. I'm 5-11 190 lbs. My goal is to reach 205 lbs.
 
Legs and back bro

Split them up and make them your priority. These have the most potential for mass and training them hard illicits a big hormonal response.

Base your leg work on squat variations and your back work or Deadlift variations.

Eat at a caloric surplus and add a high quality creatine product like ancient strength from needto and you'll grow for sure.
 
i would suggest throwing a natty stack in there maybe some bridge need2slin gear and ancient strength shoot me a pm if you want and we can figure something out

That routine is just awful. You have the same amount of working sets for arms as you do for both your legs and back combined? And you do what should be your two most intense workouts on the same day? Why the chest and shoulders twice a week but everything once?

Just by changing your routine you'll probly see the gains your after.
 
increase cals and add somee ancient strength in there.. bet u will start growing again
