I have been working out for years. Recently I started hitting it hard. However, I hit a mass plateau. What's a good weight training routine? How many days a week should I workout?

That routine is just awful. You have the same amount of working sets for arms as you do for both your legs and back combined? And you do what should be your two most intense workouts on the same day? Why the chest and shoulders twice a week but everything once?
Just by changing your routine you'll probly see the gains your after.
