bubbles in urine

hey bros, quick question.....is it normal to have some bubbles in urine? Just asking around, i heard it is an indicator of protein in urine. I just got bloodwork done and all came back ok. I was just wondering if this is common or not. Thanks in advance

reccomend minimum of 1 liter per 35lbs of bodyweight

and sometimes it burns after i pee, but i thought it was a one time thing =x

but on a serious note, my piss does foam alot, and i heard it was the protein too. Guess i got to up my water intake which is a bitch because i already drink a gallon a day

very few people have adequate water intake, and even those that do.. not all the time

check your Creatinine levels from your bloodwork.. i bet they're higher than normal

thanks for all the replies...so i guess its normal..i'm drinking a lot of protein and eating all the time lol. Maybe just need a lil more water. I just thought id ask on here, just trying to be safe. I've learned a lot from this board, dont post alot but im always reading. Great site

You might want to get a urine work up from the lab to make sure everything is OK bro.
