bros is BCAA'S important while bulking ?

as long as you consume sustained release protein every 2-3 hours you will have a constant flow of aminos
a good sustained release proetin is triple threat by mass quantities. If your not lactose intolerant it's great. Whey for fast digest, milk and soy for slow digestion.
 
i agree w/ benzi, if you are eating correctly you should have no need for BCAA's while bulking. If dieting i would definately take them. If i were bulking I would probobly only take them post workout w/ protein shake.
 
yes and no. If you eat properly they are no more beneficial than eating some meat. But if your diet sucks they can help compensate for your lack of protein.
