Personally, I would still reconstitute it and use it. HGH is expensive, but also it's really stable in the freeze dried form, so hopefully it's mostly still fine.

the post office does not take great care of packages, surprised this doesn't happen more often

i would reach out to your source with pics. at the end of the day it is their responsibility to get you your shit in 1 piece

Just mix it and pin it. Not much you can do about it. Unless you get it straight from the manufacturer it's gonna have to get shipped to you.
