Breakfast! Scrambled or boiled?

Pre boiling the eggs is an awsome idea. How lon would they last? Just boil them the night before n put em in the firdge for the next morning/during the day?

I do two to 3 dozen Sunday night and hen another 2 dozen or so Wednesday or thurs. the say they will last 5 days in the fridge but after three days they do get kinda firm and rubbery. But no one said eating had to be fun all the time.

I eat 24 egg whites a day, sometimes hard boiled but scrambled most of the time with ANPB spread on em
