my girl want me to order the brazil butt lift discs 100 bucks

any good or bad news from those of u that have used it

I love beachbody products. Never had any interest in that one though honestly.

If she is new to working out then something like this might be a good starting point. Most women tend to need something to motivate them and to take the boredom out of exercising. If that is the case with your girl then this might be the way to go.

If she already works out or is self motivated in the gym then I would say it is a waste of $100. Personally I love the gym and would hate standing in front of the TV doing butt exercises.

yea it is a motivator for her she goes to the gym only because i drag her maybe soon if she sees some changes she will be more motivated. i guess its worth 100 dollars.

$100? Compared to what I paid when I bought the 3 I have, that's nothing. Go for it. A lot of women enjoy that type of workout.

I downloaded it for free from isoHunt. There is nothing wrong with it. I used it for awhile but I like to change my cardio routine up often.
