My training partner and I did Box Squats for the first time today. We both agreed that they kick ass! My partner only did 135, and I went up to 185. We were really concentrating on our form, and all the same they kicked our ass.
I am thankful for this forum and all the knowledgeable Bros here. If it weren’t for you folks, I would have never found out about this exercise. Thank you. -john
