I spent today practicing form on box squats and deadlifts, plus a little GPP thrown in for "fun". It is the first time I have ever done box squats.
I'm certain the "box" I'm using is inadequate, although the right height (12 inches) as it seemed that the angle of my shins was okay? I need to fix the lid (it is a container of some sort) so it doesn't give when I sit on it.
Anyway, pick apart my form. There's a lot to fix, I'm sure, and I really want to get this right
