Bored with food

Hello everyone!

I'm here, again with some much needed nutritional information.

I am familiar with what foods are good, what foods should be avoided, that their are good fats and bad fats as well as good carbs and bad carbs, but my problem is that no matter what I continue to stick to the same foods over and over again and it's steering me into a direction of wanting to not go back to where I was, because that road isn't even in my rear view mirror anymore, but to eat things to get full off of which in turn leads me to carb hell

Up to this point I eat:
*chicken
*tuna
*salad
*tilapia
*carrots
*celery
*wheat bread
*eggs, eggs and more eggs- so much that my mother bought me egg beaters with zero cholesterol because she says heart attacks run in my family-

All of these things get recycled in my stomach over and over everyday, maybe at different times, but I still end up eating the same thing. The one exception is dinner time with my parents because they obviously don't eat the same thing everyday, but I feel like I am being trapped into a dogs world of one straight food list

How do I break out of this? I want to be low fat (50 grams + or - 10), low carb (150 + or - 10) and decent protein intake (@ least 120 grams per day)

are these unrealistic or wrong proportions? am I stuck in a world of boring eating habits?

post up your daily meals each day bro so we can help more
you will need more protein than that imo

eating clean is mostly boring... doesn't have to be but thats the sacrifice we make

make sure you shock your system 2-3 times a week with cheat meals as your body will adapt to eating the same things all the time and progress will slow.

for me i don't even care anymore. just shove the food down because ten minutes later, it doesn't matter anyway.
