oh for sure, but it doesn't prevent anything from happening again like this. That's my point. Just whacking someone up against the wall has proven throughout the centuries to have little prevention effect. The next people just come up with a new and cleverer way to hide their shit and they think they can get away with it. I want to know how the market corrects this.....maybe the only market correction possible is a torch hunt. I dunno.

Anti-trust laws evidently can be worked around. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act is hurting enterprises. These crooks have to be scrutinized by big brother then the feds put regulation on everything..
We need a president who is business friendly, but at the same time holds them accountable for their mischievous actions... That person died in 2004, so basically we are truely fucked!
