boiled eggs

How long can you keep boiled eggs in the fridge until they go "nutritionally" bad? Or do you lose any nutritional value (ie. denaturing of proteins etc.) by keeping them in the fridge for say a couple of days?

Thanks.

anyone know how to make them so that they are easier to peel?

I put the stove on high until it boils, then turn off the stove and leave it there for 15 min, then cool it with cold water and ice, but they are hard to peel and I end up tearin up that egg

if you boil them in salted water, the shell is easier the crack open like less small obnoxious pieces and stuff. but yeah they can last a week in the fridge after boiling.

If the eggs are really fresh before you boil them they are often hard to peel. I usually use the eggs that are almost out of date to boil.

Just a tid bit of info.:

FRESH eggs will sink in tap water.

UN-FRESH/BAD eggs will float- GET RID OF THOSE KIND!!!!

F.Y.I. ;-)

I.ve got the perfect trick how to peel eggs without losing most of it, or spiiting out shell.

When it's boiled put it on your work top and roll it about with a little pressure.

The shell the just peels off.
